To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all our guests, please read and respect the following rules and policies.
1. Check-in and Check-out

| Late Check-in | Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM. If you do not notify us, your reservation may be considered a No-Show. |
| Registration | In accordance with Japanese law, all guests are required to present a valid passport or government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Non-Japanese nationals must also allow us to take a copy of their passport. |
2. Key Collection
Key Collection Location: The key handover will take place either at the guesthouse (on-site) or at our office.
Confirmation of Key Collection Location: We will contact you 2 days prior to your arrival date to confirm the exact key collection location and time for a smooth check-in.
On Your Arrival Day: Please kindly notify us by phone or message 30 minutes prior to your actual arrival time to ensure we are ready to greet you.
3. Accomomdation Rates

General Notes & Policies
1. Extra Person Charge :
- The price for a guesthouse is based on 1 or 2 guests. An additional charge of JPY 2,000 per extra person applies from the 3rd to the 6th guest.
2. Child Policy :
- Children under 3 years old stay free of charge. (Children Under 3: Free)
- Please note: This complimentary stay does not include bedding (futon/sheets) or amenities.
- If bedding is required for a child under 3, an additional fee of JPY 1,000 per person will be charged.
3. Example Calculation :
Example: For 3 adults staying in a Private Room during the Regular Season:
Standard Rate (1-2 people): JPY 33,000
Extra Person Charge (1 extra person $\times$ JPY 2,000): JPY 2,000
Total Rate: JPY 35,000 (Tax Included)
4. Long-Stay Discount Policy

| 4 to 5 Nights | 10% OFF |
For guests staying for multiple consecutive nights, we will only provide replacement of towels and replenishment of amenities (such as toothbrushes and soap).Linen (sheets and duvet covers) will not be changed during your continuous stay. Thank you for your understanding.
If you are interested in a long-term stay of 6 nights or more, please contact us directly to discuss your specific needs and potential rates.
5. Parking Space
We offer one dedicated parking space (a garage) on-site for our guests.
1.Availability: This space is available without prior reservation.
2.For Multiple Vehicles: If you require parking for more than one vehicle, please inform us when making your reservation so we can assist you with local parking options nearby.
6. Payment Method
We only accept cash payment (Japanese Yen – JPY) for all accommodation fees.
Please note that we do not accept credit cards or other electronic payments.
7. Reservation Changes and Cancellations
Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
Please be aware that cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our established Cancellation Policy.
We kindly ask that you review the policy details on our website before making a reservation.

・This Cancellation Policy also applies to any reduction in the number of guests in a confirmed reservation.
・If you need to increase the number of guests in your reservation, please contact us as early as possible.
・In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters such as a typhoon or earthquake that prevents travel or affects the safety of your stay, no cancellation fee will be charged.
This exemption applies when official warnings (e.g., severe weather advisories, mandatory evacuation orders) are issued for the area of the guesthouse or your departure location.
・We kindly request that guests refrain from making tentative bookings or temporary holds on dates.
Please make a reservation only when your travel schedule is confirmed and finalized. All reservations are treated as confirmed bookings and are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
Reservation changes and cancellations
8. Cancellations for Third-Party Bookings
If your reservation was made through a third-party booking website (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), you must process any cancellation or modification directly through that specific platform.
Please do not contact the guesthouse directly for cancellations of bookings made via these external sites.
9. General Rules & Behavior
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- ISO OCEAN BREEZE VILLA is strictly a Non-Smoking property.
- Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area.
- Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and heaters when leaving the guetshouse.
- Only registered guests are permitted in the guesthouse.
- Please be advised that we cannot assume any responsibility for troubles such as theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings (valuables, etc.) while on the premises.
- Guests are liable for any damage, defacement (stains/soiling), or loss of facility property or amenities that occurs during their stay.
- The guesthouse reserves the right to charge the guest for the costs required to restore the property to its original condition (e.g., repairs, replacement, or professional cleaning).
- As the guesthouse is located in a rich natural environment, please note that insects are abundant.
- We strongly recommend keeping all windows and doors closed, especially after sunset, to prevent insects from entering your room.
- Please be aware that the guesthouse is located in an area populated by wild animals (such as deer and wild boar).
- We strongly advise guests to exercise extreme caution when driving near the facility at night due to the high risk of animals crossing the road.
10. Prohibited Items and Activities
To comply with local law and ensure safety, the following are strictly prohibited on the premises:
- The possession of illegal drugs, 0weapons, or other items prohibited by Japanese law.
- Bringing pets onto the property.
- Using any form of open flame, including candles, incense, or personal cooking/heating devices (e.g., portable irons, rice cookers) inside the guest rooms.
- Gambling or engaging in any conduct that is against public order or morals.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of your stay without refund. Thank you for your cooperation!
